"Scores showed up right on time"
So, yeah, my ACT scores came in pretty much right when they said they would, which was a relief. I was kind of expecting to be sitting there refreshing over and over, but thankfully that didn’t really happen.

I was a little stressed because, you know, college deadlines were getting close, but the report showed up on time and the score sends to my schools updated quickly too. Nothing super fancy or anything, it just did what it was supposed to do and, saved me a lot of worrying.

"ACT prep was actually helpful"
I used ACT to practice before my test, it seemed to help a lot. The questions felt close to what I saw on the real ACT, and the explanations were mostly easy to follow. I think it made me feel a lot less stressed going in...

"Way easier than I expected"
I was ready to be annoyed by the whole thing, but then it was actually quick and simple. Like, wait… that’s it? No complaints from me

"Refund policy was clear tbh"
I had to cancel my act date and yeah, not everything was refundable, which was kinda annoying lol. But the refund policy was easy enough to find, so I knew what to expect going in. Def could be better, but overall it wasn’t too bad...

"Payment was smooth and hassle-free"
I paid my act fee online and it went through on the first try. The confirmation showed up right away, and there was no double charge or random pending issue to deal with. Straightforward, which is exactly what I wanted. No complaints from me.

"Fees were straightforward"
I mean, the fees were shown upfront, so there weren’t any weird surprise charges later. That was nice. Overall, it was easy to understand, which is all I was hoping for.

"My ACT test center experience was mostly…"
My ACT test center experience was mostly good 🙂 Check-in was easy, and the staff explained everything clearly enough. The room was quiet, and the desks were fine, nothing fancy, but totally okay for testing. The only small issue was that we started a bit late, and there was some confusion about where to line up. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I’d give act.org 4 stars for the test day 👍

"Support was quick, but basic"
I had to reach out about an issue with my account, and to be fair, support got back to me faster than I thought they would. The answer was clear enough and it did solve the problem, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it felt a little generic, like they were just trying to get through the ticket quickly. Overall, it got the job done, but nothing especially impressive

"Easy enough to book"
There were plenty of dates open, so booking my test was easy. I just picked one that worked and sorted it out without much hassle, which was nice.

The ID rules were easy to follow, so I knew what to bring and didn’t really stress about it before test day. It was clear enough.

"Accommodations request was surprisingly painless"
I requested testing accommodations through act.org, it went smoother than I expected, which isn't always saying much with online forms. Uploading the paperwork took a little while, but the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to guess my way through it.
It did take a few extra days to hear back, so that part was a little stressful. But once everything was approved, it showed up correctly in my account, so I’ll give them credit for getting the important part right in the end...

"Felt secure, but asks for kinda a lot"
I used act.org to sign up for the test and check score stuff, and it felt safe overall. The login worked without any weird issues, the pages didn’t look sketchy, and I did like that my personal info wasn’t just sitting out everywhere, ya know.

The only thing that made me pause was how much info they ask for. Some of it felt like a bit much at first, and I kinda wish the privacy settings were easier to find instead of having to poke around. But I didn’t run into any real problems with my data or anything, so I’d give it 4 stars fom me

"My ACT scores arrived on time"
I sent my ACT scores to a few colleges, and from my experience everything showed up right on time. I didn’t run into any problems, and it felt straightforward. I’d trust it again if I needed to send scores somewhere.

"Pretty fair overall"
I took the ACT and thought it was fair. There were a few tougher questions here and there, but nothing that felt totally out of left field. My sister had told me to expect it to be way harder, but it actually lined up well with what I studied. No real complaints from me.

"Using the fee waiver was easy"
The ACT fee waiver helped me a lot. I was stressing about the cost and almost didn’t even register, but it ended up being way simpler than I expected. My school gave me the code, I put it in on act.org, and it went through without much hassle. It definitely made the whole testing thing feel a little less stressful. Glad they offer it

"Actually Useful for ACT Prep"
Not gonna lie, the ACT practice questions on act.org felt really similar to what I saw on the actual test. None of it seemed random or way off topic, which was nice. It helped me figure out what I actually needed to study without wasting a bunch of time.

"Good deal overall, but the fees rub me the wrong way"
It feels like a fair price for what you get, and my gut says the overall value is solid. That said, the late fees are kind of annoying and make the whole thing feel a little less reasonable than it should.

"Timing felt fair and easy to manage"
I used act.org for my ACT prep and test info, the timing details were really easy to understand. Compared with some other test prep sites I’ve tried, it felt a lot less cluttered and more straightforward, which I appreciated before going into the exam.

The pacing on the actual test felt fair to me. It wasn’t perfect, and you definitely have to keep moving, but it didn’t feel strangely rushed or confusing like some practice tests from competitors can.

I also liked the practice tools because they helped me get used to watching the clock and knowing what to expect in each section. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d give it 5 stars.

"The emails were really clear, so I..."
The emails were really clear, so I always knew what I needed to do next. No confusion at all, I’d definitely recommend it if you like things kept simple.

"Score review went better than I expected"
I had a question about my ACT score, so I sent in a review request. I thought it might be a hassle, or not really a hassle, but one of those things that takes forever. The process was clear, and they got back to me sooner than I expected. My dispute felt like it was handled fairly, and it actually seemed like someone took the time to check it. Overall, no major issues, so I’m happy with how it went
